The Micro Lead-Acid package is the simplest, most affordable way to get reliable off-grid power. Built around two JA Solar JAM54D41-LB 440W bifacial panels and a bank of eight Stark SRK-125AGM 12V 125Ah AGM batteries wired in a 4S×2P configuration, this 24V system delivers approximately 6.4 kWh of usable storage — enough for LED lighting, phone and device charging, a small fan, and a 12V water pump. The Kisae KI-SW1012 pure sine inverter provides clean 120V AC for sensitive electronics, while the Morningstar SunSaver SS-MPPT-15L charge controller maximizes energy harvest from the panels. All components are available directly from Charge Solar. The AGM batteries are sealed, spill-proof, and approved for enclosed spaces — no venting required. This system is DIY-friendly; no licensed electrician is typically required for sub-50V DC wiring in most Canadian provinces. Add a small propane generator for backup charging during extended cloudy periods and you have a complete, reliable remote power solution.
