The Acreage Lithium package delivers the same 22.3kW solar array, four OutBack FLEXmax 80 MPPT controllers, and four Schneider XW Pro 6848 inverters as the lead-acid version — replacing 96 large flooded 2V cells with a combined array of Pytes V-BOX-OC LiFePO₄ cabinets and Rolls S48-100LFP STACK-LV lithium modules, delivering approximately 77 kWh of usable lithium storage. Eliminating the 96-cell flooded bank removes nearly 4,800 lbs of lead-acid weight from the installation — making the battery room requirements dramatically simpler: no reinforced concrete floor, no acid containment, no forced ventilation system, and no quarterly maintenance visits. The Pytes V-BOX-OC modules carry UL9540 certification, satisfying Canadian AHJ requirements for large-scale residential battery energy storage systems. Using both Pytes and Rolls LiFePO₄ modules allows the full capacity target to be met while maintaining a single Charge Solar supplier relationship. The Schneider XW Pro inverters, OutBack FLEXmax controllers, and Conext SCP are unchanged from the lead-acid version — only the battery configuration changes. At this scale, a dedicated heated battery room is mandatory for reliable Canadian winter operation. Budget approximately $3,000–$6,000 for a purpose-built insulated battery enclosure with thermostat-controlled heating.
